Office 365 Shared Contacts
In sharepoint expand the list tab in the ribbon and select connect to outlook.
Office 365 shared contacts. She s using office 365 on exchange so the process is as easy as sending an invitation. Expand your public folders and all public folders until you see the new contacts public folder. Then in the share group select share contacts.
Add contacts folder to outlook. Each user will need to add the new contacts folder to their outlook client. In the people window click the contact folder that you want to share.
In the to box enter the name of the recipient for the sharing invitation message. In the context menu select share and then share contacts. Right click the contacts folder and click add to favorites.
In people in the folder pane select the contact folder that you want to share with a person in your organization. In contacts in the navigation pane under my contacts click the contact folder that you want to share. Type a name in the name box or click name to select a name from the address book.
First open sharepoint and navigate to the contacts list. You should be able to share any. See the steps below.
In the to field type in names or emails of users you would like to share your. In the to box enter the name of the recipient for the sharing invitation message. The sharing invitation will show up.
